To provide overflow room availability for AG attendees, the AG Committee has contracted with the Crowne Plaza Denver, 1450 Glenarm Place, Denver CO 80202. Located downtown, this hotel is one block from the 16th Street Pedestrian Mall and the Sheraton Denver.

Room rates
The room rate is $99 single occupancy and $99 double occupancy and $10 per person for triple or quad. These rates are subject to applicable tax, which is currently 14.85 percent. Rates will apply beginning three days prior to and will end three days following the AG. Holiday Inn Priority Club members will earn reward points.

Call 877/692-6161 or make your reservations online; use the reference code MEN. After June 15, reservations made by AG attendees will be subject to room and rate availability.

Individual deposit and cancellation policy
The Crowne Plaza Denver requires a deposit in the form of check, money order or credit card equal to one night’s room revenue, including room tax, to hold reservations. Individual cancellations that are not received by the hotel 48 hours prior to 6 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival will be subject to one night’s room and tax revenue charge.
